Return policy

If you wish to return or exchange please use the contact form below.

  • Items can be returned for store credit or size exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

  • Packages must be postmarked within the three days.  

  • Customers are responsible for all postage on returns and exchanges.

  • Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed with the hygienic liner intact (where applicable). Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal

How do I return an item?

 

  1. Submit a return request using the above email contact form. 

  2. Return unworn product in original packaging within three (3) business days to:

A tracking number will be automatically sent to your email as soon as your order ships.

 

What are your delivery options?

All products are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority.  The Free shipping option for orders over $100.00 will ship via First Class Standard Delivery.
